Fighter series in Nepal

Teletalk Pvt. Ltd. has recently introduced new models of Colors Mobile’s Fighter series in the Nepali market. The company is featuring famous Nepali actor Rajesh Hamal in all of its Fighter series handsets. His image will be displayed in the default screen settings and the ring tones will feature hit songs from the movies the actor has worked in.
L&T met with Geeta Neupane, the Marketing Manager of TeleTalk Pvt. Ltd. to talk about the new Fighter series mobiles. Here are her company’s views and commitments regarding the product:

Who are the target groups of these handsets?
The target group for the Fighter series handsets differs according to its various models. Since these handsets also have a low-end pricing range, the customers can choose models as per their economic status. The preference can also be based on the functionality of the handsets.

The handsets of Fighter series have been well praised for their big sound, big screen and reasonable pricings. It has a dual Sim capacity along with long life battery features complemented with a high-resolution camera, GPRS torchlight, wireless fm and Mp4/mp3 player to name a few. Basically, our featured model F99 has been well recognized and preferred by the consumers for its 2600 mAh bandwidth and a talk time of 12 hours.

What after sales service does your company provide?
Our company has altogether seventeen service centers across Nepal and we also have an exclusive Telecare centre in Tamrakar House in New Road. The customers will be given a one-year warranty on any handset of Fighter series that they wish to buy from our outlets. In addition, we provide a six months’ warranty on the mobile chargers.
